Here please find the full version of the update.
We would like to start with a good news. As you know, we have been negotiating with suppliers for a while. So, we finally got required technical documents from the CPU manufacturer to develop hardware. Now it goes step by step from NDA signing to getting technical data needed. Soon we will have new list of compatible components. The vendors are the same, so we have no need to make new agreements and connections to organize supply.
Another good news is that we are successfully building a hardware-to-software environment and will finalize it in a few days. It is done to simulate all operations and commands to continue software development process before hardware redesigning is complete. This gives us opportunity to use servers globally and simulate streaming and functionality of the software and firmware.
One of the next steps is to receive evaluation boards (requests are already sent), of CPUs we are going to use, to “build” the firmware on them, and run the application. This should be done to find our differences between Samsung’s firmware solutions to make all changes for the new hardware.
Starting from February we also started working on fundamental level of magnetic levitation, as the sizes of the current base unit seemed to be bigger than what we thought about. At the pictures attached You can see the transitional results which we achieved. You can see the regular height, and the height with new method. The green films reveal invisible magnetic fields inside of the boxes, where the round (toroidal) one is the mostly used one, and other is ours.
To make the production, based on these results, feasible, we collaborate with the Institute for physical research, and will update on the process.

Hi dear Backers,
Here we are with our update.
Last few weeks were very productive and our team has some news to share with you.
We finalyzed our cooperation with Priotix LLC which developed our mobile application for the Moon, both versions for IOS and Android are ready and are being tested according to the rules Play Store and Itunes.
You may think it’s not a good idea to stop outsourcing of the software development, but wait. There is good point, as we have created our own software development team and that guys seem to rock in a very near future!
Right now we are negotiating for integration processes, there is many formal stuff to do, we are trying to shorten these periods.
Besides, we have a new office space, where all our departments work together, it is very inspiring!
Also we started cooperation with Qualcomm and the 8053 platform is under testings, but to be honest, it is not a simple thing as big companies are not eager to cooperate with startups in this stage.
Last months were hard for both of us and you, but it seems we are moving in a right direction and positive results would not make us wait for long.
Also many thanks to you, our awesome Backers, for being with our team in a very hard time.

As soon as we finalize these technical processes, will start to arrange a development kit for testings.

Dear backers!
The last weeks were very hard for our team.
The situation is the same. During these holidays we were seeking solutions for the issue we faced with main component life.
Here are our main three directions:
★ SOM replacement,
★ Full redesign from the level of CPU,
★ Combining co-working process of WPU for video streaming plus CPU cores for hub functionality.
After Samsung officially announced about the discontinuation of Artik, our engineers started design of the new PCB. This process has already started and it is the most important part of the whole project, which includes new BOM list creation with the newly available components.
Meanwhile, our software team also did their best.
Our application would be tested soon, as we started negotiations to get needed certifications. After these processes, we will start checking the compatibility.
We understand the situation is not an easy one, but we work hard to solve the problems. During this time we did not achieve a breakthrough, but it is important for us to transparently keep you aware of our news, as our project is a reality due to your support!
Despite difficulties, our team is full of enthusiasm and dedication to bring you one of the most comprehensive and unique smart hubs.
